Appointments
Our office works on an appointment basis and we do our best to accommodate your needs. We understand and recognize the importance of your time. To help ensure we see you in a timely fashion and address your concerns, we would like to share the following information.
Your appointment time is scheduled based upon the concern you express at the time of your call. While we will attempt to address all of your concerns at the time of your appointment, new or additional concerns may require an additional appointment to provide you with the very best diagnosis and treatment.
Please keep in mind that new patient appointments require time to fill out a fair amount of paperwork. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your new appointment to accomplish this task. This will help ensure that your full appointment time can be spent addressing your concerns. If you wish fill out the paperwork at a time that is more convenient for you, you may request that we mail the paperwork to you or you can download the paperwork from our website at aloedermatology.com and bring it with you on the day of your visit.
For surgical appointments, please arrive 10 minutes early so that your surgery can begin on time.
Since we have reserved time for your appointment, we need at least 24 hours notice of cancellation so that another patient in need can be seen. Repeated failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation may result in a charge for the missed appointments or termination of medical services by our office.
